While the name might convince you that this is my homage to the new Doctor on Doctor Who, it is, in fact, a tribute to the last. “The Next Doctor” was the 10th’s time in the 1800s spent mourning his loss of Donna Noble. While the episode is a rather silly story, the loss of my Doctor is not, and so I’ll knit this to remember him by as I watch the new Doctor (the 11th) take center stage for the first time tonight.

Cast on 67 stitches and knit until I ran out of yarn. It was like this camel yarn has just been sitting here for 20 years waiting to be turned into this pattern. Perfect yardage and everything!
