Notes

Should have made the small!
I have had this cotton yarn in my stash for a very long time and decided to try this pattern. Cast On with circular bamboo needles and was worried I wouldn’t like Knitting with the cotton. After increase, switched to metal, and I am enjoying the knitting much more. Too much drag with bamboo
Inserted short rows in back after the last set of ribbing in yoke. I used instructions for short rows that I have used to knit the ranunculus sweater. Unfortunately, with this cotton, it produced a bump in the back of the sweater. I was able to press it flat when the sweater was finished and also added a couple small rows of elastic to pull it in.
Because this was Aran wt Yarn, everything turned out a little too large so my gauge must have been off. I sewed two rows of elastic around the neck to help tighten that up. I also decreased periodically along both sides of the body to bring the width in.
The cotton is very soft. We will see how it performs with wearing.
