I used the “updated” pattern, since I had such good luck with my last sweater.

The yarn color was nothing like what I expected - I think Patons has changed their colorway without updating the color name! I would call this a wine color, not a plum. Even though it was not what I was expecting, I love it! Besides, I do not need another purple sweater!

As the name suggests, this is a QUICK knit! While the yarn is not thick by contemporary standards, it sure is a lot thicker than 4-ply!
