Using two yarns held together, this was a fast knit and a perfect pattern for a hat that is supposed to keep one’s ears warm but not sit on your nose all the time! The flaps hug your ears and keep them cosy and warm.

I used some Rowan Kid Silk Haze and Aran yarn from Lana, both from my stash.
