With doubled DMC Coton Perlé 8 I made a lacy scarf for Valerie that can also be worn as a belt.

I sewed together two fancy buttons to slip through the holes and hold the scarf or belt together where needed, giving it a bit of panache.

The light grey color is great as it adapts a bit to the color of the garment, the gloss of the DMC Perlé also makes it a nice evening accessoire.

Make it a bit shorter and it will be an elegant scarflet or cowl.
