Sl down the center of leaf, tie off leaving a long tail for sewing

Sew two leaves where the brim meets the hat over the ears,
Sew the third leaf in back between the two

Eyes
Cut four white felt circles, glue two together to make a slightly stiff base for the eye. Glue black circle slightly off center. Sew on hat with an ‘x’ cross-eyed and looking down so edge of eye is close to the bottom of the brim.

Don’t worry if the hat is a bit tall, it’s meant to be slouchy
