Notes

Oct. 27 Took me awhile to get around to taking pictures. Please excuse the makeup-less-ness. Still haven’t lengthened the neck, but whatever. I’ll get around to it some day.

Oct 23 All done! Grafted, ends are woven in. I think I’d like to tear out the cast off on the neck and make it a little longer but its quite wearable as is.

It was a fun, easy pattern -- though I kept getting distracted and had to rip back to fix cables more than anybody ever should! (No fault of the pattern, that was all me.) Some of the wording was a little unusual, but made sense once you stopped worrying about it and just did it.

Oct 21Almost done! Started on the neck, but then realized I had crossed a cable the wrong way about 4 inches back. Doh. Didn’t want to rip back, so I fixed it by duplicate stitching over the cable and made it look like it crossed the right way. I think its pretty much invisible.

Oct 12Got the sleeves done and body up to the armpits, ready to join!

Oct 1 Stitch gauge is right on; row gauge is a little tall, but I have a long torso so it all works out. Really happy with how this is looking so far; through the first main cable repeat. Pretty!
