March 8 All done except for blocking! Part of me wishes it was a little longer, but I just wanted to be done with it. I love it, but wanted a chance to wear it before it got too warm!

Feb. 19 Aw, even my husband likes this! It was in his favorite TV chair and when he picked it up so as to not sit on it, he said, “Hey! This is pretty.” It’s really rare that he offers an unsolicited compliment on my knitting.

Feb. 18 Lace knitting makes me kind of sad because it can be so weird and lumpy before blocking. So I’m blocking a whopping 1 1/2 pattern repeats so I know I like it, before I continue with more pre-blocking weird-lumpiness.

Feb. 17 Yarn is a Christmas gift from my sister-in-law. One repeat in, quite happy with how it looks so far.
