Knitting size 38” so there will be 0-0.25” ease.

Did not do the reverse stockinette, as will be adding a contrast band on the inside that would hold the hem down.
Andey has issues with collars that are too tight, so shaped the neck wider. B/o 1 sts every 5th row, 3 times.
For attaching the cuffs, seaming the sides and adding the band on the bottom, used a contrast turq yarn to add a little interest.
P/u along the bottom edge and knitted an inch (2.5cm) of seed stitch in contrast color.
The rest as per pattern.

Love the result! Will def knit again, next one with ease as designed, for a slightly different look.
