Tried gauge on 4mm, but was too small, so went up to 4.25mm=perfect! :)
About 200 yards short on yarn. Hoping the yardage in pattern is overestimated…
After knitting the garter strips separatelly (to have side splits), joined to knit as one piece with no seams. To add stabilization to the sides, slipping the would be seam stitch on RS, and purling it on the WS.

After using up 2 skeins on the body and doing 4 of the 7 repeats (before front and back split), starting sleeves as I might be short on yarn. 1st sleeve, oversized skein of 124g.

Knitted the sleeves in S/M size as it is plenty big for my taste. 94g used, 30g left. of First sleeve

Have 3 garter rows + bind off of the collar left to do, and I’m out of yarn! :(

Spliced the skein ties that I luckily saved and tried to bind off as is. Still 10 stitches short :(
Keeping my fingers crossed I find some leftovers. Besides using contrast yarn, (which I do not want to do) I’m officially out of ideas
