Notes

Two days and the doll is finished. It was much fun to follow this pattern. I used the remaining yarn of my last years socks-knitting-projects using 2,5mm needles. So the doll is smaller than the original one ( height 38 cm/ 15”). The hair is made of unraveled acrylic yarn. These are some more details: I shaped elbows and knees with stitches through arms and legs in their middle and she has crocheted ears.
I think little Alma will not be my last doll made from this beautiful pattern. (Thank you Deena Thomson-Menard <3)
Now it’s time to work out her shoes and make her clothes!
- The best thing when you’ve made a new doll :-)
