This year I wanted to set myself a December challenge - sort of Advent but not - to knit the Wonderland Scarf daily to have it finished and ready to wear at the New Year!

Using the 4 Sundays of Advent :) I cheated a little and started on Sunday, November 27!

The goal is to knit 15 rows a day and to try and get ahead so I have time to do he crochet vertical rows and the fringe and photograph is on December 31, 2022!

I’m using the shades as per the pattern!

Well, the shawl body is finished and it’s gorgeous!

I’m struggling a bit with crocheting 2 strands of kidsilk haze through the body which is knit with 2 stands of kidsilk haze :) It’s all sort of grabby…..

I didn’t have enough of yarn B for the fringe, so I’m being creative :) Hope to have this done soon so that I can do a vblog on youtube!

Feb 17 -

While the goal was to finish this by December 31, 2022 - and I obviously didn’t make that goal….I did finish the main knitting of this shawl by that date…it was the finishing that got hung up….but it’s done now and I love it!

Note: I had to get another ball of Aegean to do the fringe. Not sure if this was just me or a shortage on the yarn requirements
