Nov. 4, 2017: Received a sheet with music notes from PB today, no sharps or flats. In flats there are 6 notes, in key of C, no B.
ordered 4 more colours: red, orange apple green and indigo
Make alpha legend with #lines per letter a-g with delineators.
R=C, O=D, Y=E, G=F, B=G, I=A, V=B
Do vertical hanging, one in Flats, one in C. This will show variation in notes.
Note sharps with navy at top of note or to left side, flats with navy at base of note or to right side.
July 2 2018: paperwork nearly sorted out. Plan is taking shape. Will work with straight TSS and put 4 side sleeves on the finished piece so it can be “framed”. Will likely use plumbing tube and corner elbows for the frame.
July 10: 4 panels made. Decided to do the background in another color, maroon. otherwise it would “bleed” into the notes colors.
July10: testing to see which size hook to use for the regular crochet work between the panels. Size 3.5 works best. Orange piece is my tester sample for adding to sides and top.
July 12: using the super flat sc join to connect the four panels. Video by mamidk:

September 2019: time to make the borders. Link 15 stitches to each side. this will be folded over and closed to act as a sleeve. 26 September, borders done except for the ends. (230 ends just on the frame/border portion)
