Beautiful design
I love deeper colourwork yokes, they’re my favourite at the moment!

Needles used: Lykke
I’m including needle brand now because it makes a difference
Yarn: Lambswool & cashmere mix held with one strand of mohair this is then equal to Worsted/Aran weight.

Mods: Omitted ribbing at the neckline, knit 5 rounds instead, then worked pattern as per instructions after ribbing.
I used smaller needles for the main so it’s knit at a slightly tighter gauge, this then slightly reduced the colourwork size, which was my reason for doing this. So I knit a size up and I then worked a few extra rounds after the colourwork chart to get the length I wanted for the yoke.

Hopefully I will get some modelled pictures soon!
I’m a little behind with a few projects now, too hot to model lovely woolly knits.

This is my latest project I have uploaded today and included notes, which you may find helpful.

I am still considering if I will continue to upload any future projects or continue to be active here.
In the past year or so I have noticed that there has been a big decline in activity with this site, and wonder if it’s worth me writing notes or even uploading projects.
