I modified this pattern extensively for style and fit(it did not have a size xl written for bottom). I also used a combination of knitting and crocheting. I used knitting for all the solid parts and crocheting for the lace parts as in the pattern. I put in elastics on all the edges and a one inch elastic behind the solid foundation of the bra. I also sewed in bra cup inserts, purchased from FabricLand.
