Made this up as I went along, to match my Yolo Fog mitts; copied the cable to make a hatband of 9 repeats over 22 stitches, then picked up 120 stitches along the edge for the body of the hat. Knit plain until hat measured 9” from bottom of hat band, then reduced quickly to 8 stitches, gathered these and tied off. Quick and easy.
