Main needle size 4mm, so adjust other ones according to this reference (=going one size down).
As pattern except :
Body : no short rows but lengthened to 45cm from underarms then 20 rows of 1x1 ribbing and sewn tubular bind-off.
Sleeves : down to 38cm as pattern, then same ribbing and BO as for body
