After making several Doctor Who dolls from the pattern, I started to think about my other favorite shows. Sadly, most folks on Battlestar
Galactica wear the same uniform so it would become rather boring to make a bunch of dolls only different in hair and maybe skin color. So, next choice was Firefly where the characters wear nicely diverse clothes.

Poor Kaylee’s hair used to look better originally, but her bangs never quite recovered from the attack of the huge space monster, aka my sister’s papillon, who would climb up to the desk and kidnap Kaylee.
Actually, I made the closeup pics on the blanket that is her favorite to nap on, and turns out the macro is much better at noticing dog hair than human eye. Damn shedding season… embarrassed
