Mods:
I CO 36 sts only, then increased 5+5+5+2 for the sleeves. I cast off 14 sts from the middle for the neckline (leaving 28 on each side for shoulder+sleeve). After casting off 2+5+5+5 for each sleeve, I knit 24 rows in st st and then cast off 1+1+1+3+5 on every alternate row to round the corner a bit. For the edging I picked up sitches from the neckline and both fronts but also from the cast on -edge of the back piece. I knit in twisted 1+1 rib and used short rows to focus most of the width to the fronts and neckline area and only a few rows to the bottom part.

This is a quick and easy knit, and can be completed in a weekend if necessary.
