Got the first two feathers done. This is going to be a great use for this yarn which I have been hiding deep in my stash for way too long!

Pattern suggests 12 feathers for this shawl. I have 7 finished already and have used approx 31.5 grams. So about 4.5 grams used per feather. Looks like I have enough yarn to do a total of 21 or 22 feathers.

So, guess I should finish skein at about 21 feathers. Pretty much on track with my estimate above. smiley

Hmmm - got 20 feathers done, and really really close to playing yarn chicken here to go for 21 feathers. Think I need to go ahead and BO here. smile
