I’m knitting this interpretation of the pattern except that I’m doing five purl rows instead of six (rows 15-20 in the pattern) because the original pattern only calls for five rows. I’m also doing two knit rows before the final five purl rows in the band section, again because the original pattern calls for them.

I am taking this interpretation of the eyelet rows in the band (I didn’t see anything about decreasing stitches to account for the made stitches in the eyelets) and the three-row pattern for the part above the band (the original leaves it a bit open what the three rows are, but presumably it’s two knit and one purl). In retrospect, I think the original pattern meant for you to narrow at both ends of the needle, which this interpretation doesn’t do, and I would have preferred this effect.

I don’t have a size 0 circular needle so I’m using DPN’s for the whole thing. I like DPN’s better anyway.
