Notes
  • Knit with double strands in garter stitch.
  • Used snaps instead of making button holes.
  • Sewed on “false” buttons.
  • The blue, green and brown stripes are 10 rows each.
  • The beige stripes are 4 rows each.
  • Finished measurement from bottom of the bag to the top of the hood: 74 cm.
  • Measurements of the sleeping bag (without hood) and once sewn together: height 54 cm, width 37 cm.
  • Knit in one piece.
  • The hood is sewn with a three needle bind off.
  • The embellishment on the hood was knit with an applied i-cord.
  • Make sure to fold the lining material into pleats/folds before sewing so the bag can stretch and move with the baby.
