Modifying to do top-down (instead of bottom-up).

Cast-on/neckline:
italian cast-on for largest size + 3 rows of ribbing. Added 5 sets of short-rows on back while doing the first increases. That was fun.

Body/sleeve
I only had 3 skeins of China Doll, so it was going to be short sleeves for sure. When I divided body and sleeves, I cast-on 15 stitches to attain pattern stitch count for both body and sleeves
