These patterns were on the cover of the book Knitting hats and mittens from around the world. I borrowed a book at the local library. The patterns are not added to the database on Ravelry and I forgot the name of the designer, so I can’t add it yet. Please let me know if you know the name of the designer.

I used 3.25 mm needles for the hat and 2.25 mm needles for the mittens.
The yarn is Palette by Knit Picks. I enjoyed working with it very much.

Both patterns were written very well. There were a couple of errors on the chart for the mittens. They were easy to spot and correct.

I am very pleased with the result!
