Using Addi Turbo circulars size 11 40”. These are nice needles but I could of used a longer circlular to hold the bulk of the shawl as it grew in width.

3/19 Finished shawl and bound off. Withouth the border it is not quite as large as I would like. if I make this again, when getting to the length specified in the pattern, I will do one or two more pattern repeats to make it longer and wider. I like large, long, and wide shawls so I can really wrap my self up and snuggle into the shawl on a cold day.

Starting the border tonight hoping it adds a but more width and length.

Began crochet border. Did row 1 of Ch1, DC repeat….
it is going to be slower going crocheting the border because I am a leftie and forcing myself to knit right handed…
