Thrilled with how this turned out, using only one skein of Jitterbug - had enough left over to make a 2-1/2” fringe, yay!

A netted or beaded fringe would be pretty, too, if you had enough yarn …

10/08/10:
I was fascinated to find this exact crossover stitch in a handwritten pattern from Wales dating to the 1890s! And this Colinette yarn is made in Wales, too … So I’ve renamed my project “Powys Scarf”.

9/23/10:
I’m inspired by msbone’s pair of scarves using different Jitterbug colorways - the short color changes are just perfect for this pattern!

I am casting on with only the one color / one skein Colinette Jitterbug.
