Knit as written except re-designed sleeves. Only needed 12 of 14 skeins to complete.

Revised sleeve design: altered to knit in the round using Magic Loop, changed from bell to straight sleeve, shortened to bracelet length. Cast on 83 sts, knitted straight up without decreasing.

(Wondering if this was test-knitted in large long-sleeve size? Pattern as written would have sleeve bottom 16” circumference.)

Considered not changing pattern from lace to cable & rib, but decided that decreases would be more difficult if I didn’t. Too lazy to work it out!

4 versions in one pattern: I’m doing the long-sleeve version with tie neck.

Got gauge after dropping down to US 4 needle. Using a longer cable, like 42” or so, and glad of it.

Yarn is a little uncooperative & splitty, but things are working out.
