One is still a bit bigger than the other. I might change that at some point, but for now I am just relieved to finally be done with these mittens. I am pleased with the overall result. They are incredibly warm due to the felting.

Both mittens finally knitted up! Only felting to go. Dont know why this project has taken me so long. I’ve been completely uninspired to finish, even though I knew only had a few hours left on it. Maybe because I don’t have any one particular recipient in mind?

Finally dug up this old project. Made the first mitten last winter, but it turned out way too big. I tried felting it by hand. It’s still too big to fit me, but it might fit someone else.

I am adding some photos of the first (now slightly felted) mitten next to the one I have only just started on to show the difference in size and texture.
