Making traditional granny squares making sure body is 5x5 and arms are 7x7 per the instructions.
My gage is always very tight but instead of sizing up my hook, I added extra rows.

Seaming together using slip stitch. Back side outside loops.

Frogged bottom ribbing today. This sweater came out far too boxy for the petite person this is for so I am going to sc decrease 1 row (3sc, 1 sctg) before the ribbing and then start the ribbing over. Hopefully this will help the shaping a little. Person I’m making this for needs a size medium in the chest/body but needs an XS for the arms and ribbing areas (short torso, large chest, petite waist and shoulders)
