Neck opening:

Do this on both sides of neck opening..
4 rows DC (50 dc each row)
Place stitch markers at stitches 15 on each side with 20 stitches in the middle
4 more rows dc stopping at the stitch marker (15 stitches each row)
4 rows hdc (15 stitches each row)
Tie off and do the same to the other side (15-20 stitches of open space- 15)

Sc 15, Ch 20, Sc 15 (this will connect the neck opening).
4 rows hdc
8 rows DC
Continue pattern as normal.
