I found this skein of acrylic yarn while cleaning, and since I had no memory of what I was going to do with it I spent one snowy day knitting it up into an Age of Brass and Steam kerchief. (With the modification of removing a couple of repeats of the stockinette rows between the eyelet rows, then just knitting until I ran out of yarn.) Since acrylic doesn’t block, I opted to “kill” it with a hot iron. That transformed it into a rather lovely silky fabric. The pictures do not capture the colors. I’m very happy with the result as well is with removing a “WTF?” skein of yarn from my stash.
