Had to drop to a 5.50mm hook to get close to gauge - I’m getting 11 DC per 4 inches.

Stitch count is just for the Double Crochet stitches.

Using Front and Back Post Extended DC for the valley DC.

Row 34 (return row) in Soft White and I ran out of yarn with 6 DC left to make. Had some scrap yarn that I used to finish the row.

Row 36 (return row) in Paddy Green and I ran out of yarn with 3 full petals left to go. This seems to prove that the yarn is sold by weight, not yardage.

Ended up with 3 petals not at the full count of stitches but it did not bother how the tree skirt lay on the floor.

Yes, that’s a jug of maple syrup under the tree. Vermont not NYS. Oh Well.

Resident cat was sleeping elsewhere for the beauty shot.
