These hearts are perfect!

- Using the pink Susan Bates Made in USA F hook
- Adding a round of Double Crochet to even out the edge and bring it to required size.
- Starting the border in a corner since it gives a less obvious place to do the invisible join.
- Doing a 2 Treble Cluster at the top of the heart to make it more prominent. Top square has a single TrC, others have treble clusters.

around the ch2 that starts Round 1

I was a tad confused with the pattern instructions “sc inc 3” bit. I took that to be 3 stitches in the same stitch. What it really means is do a sc increase 3 times. Looking at the instructions now that I understand what needs to be done, it makes sense. Just didn’t understand it the first time I tried it.
