The jumper is knitted in 2 threads, yardage in two threads is 165 m/100 g
Stockinette swatch before wet blocking 17 stitches is 4”(10cm) and 24 rounds are 4”(10cm). 24 sts / 16 rnds = 10.5cm wide and 5.75 cm high in Cable Panel. Same measurements after washing and drying. Gauges the Cable Panel in a lower body will be 24 sts=4’’ (10cm )

Things I modified:
Armhole decrease in 1 row: p2tog, work in patt to last 2 sts, p2tog.
In 2 row: k1, p2tog, work in patt to last 3 sts, p2tog, k1

Сounted the rows of the beginning of the armhole so that the beginning of the neck fell on the crosshairs of the cables

Recalculated the number of rows of the MC (4 rnd) at the beginning of the sleeves so as ending with CC before cuff.
First row cuff knit sts. Further along the pattern.

Pattern was very clear!
The finished garment looks really good.
