Another stash-busting project to add to our 2018 Stash-busting Blanket Extravaganza.

This is going to use up a few balls and quickly too.

I have been working on it for a few hours and already have over 20 rows.

Stats:

48 clusters + 2 dc each end.

Decided to carry on with this blanket and it ended up being big enough for a 3’ single bed.

I used up a fair amount of yarn from the stash mountain.

For the border I went around with clusters for several rounds and for the final round I did a tilted granny stitch as follows:

Ch 3 in any space in between clusters. (I start in the corner), then 3 dc in the same space. Slip st into next space and work 3 dc in same space. Very simple and effective.
