I loved making this square. Of course I d id change it a little to add the granny stitch border.

Border: UK terms as pattern is written

Work through Round 11 as pattern

Round 12. Sc in between two petals of previous flower round, ch 5, sc in back of centre sts of 9 dtr all around (16 x ch 5 spaces)

Round 13. Sl st into centre of ch 4 space to the left of of the centre of two petals of previous round. 3tbc, 2hdt in that chain space, 1hdt, 3dc in next chain space, 3dc, 1hdt in next chain space, 1hdt, (3tbc in next chain space, ch2 3tbc, 1hdt in next chain space) for corner.
Repeat all around.

Round 14. 3tbc, ch 2 3tbc in corner, skip 3 stitches, 3tbc in next space.

Round 15. Work as round 16.
