Notes

Annabel is going to Florida in March, so I made a little outfit comprising sweater, hat and skirt for her American Girl doll, Mini Bel, but modelled by my doll Samantha. You can find the hat pattern here

As I was short of time and it is Annabel’s birthday tomorrow, I thought I would make this sweater on the knitting machine, I also made one for her cousin Eva, as it is her birthday next month and she is sure to want one when she sees Annabel’s.

My knitting machine is very basic, it requires the user to lay the yarn over the needles, but it does the job. I have to knit the ribbing by hand.

You could make this little sweater using this pattern if you want to knit it by hand.

As the motif ended up to be a little on the small side, I threaded some polka dot ribbon through the bottom of the sweater for some added detail.

Notes for machine knitted cardigan.
