Doubling the Patons for the cuffs:

Cast-on 32 and join for working in the round.

Knit in k1, p1 rib for 2.5 inches (14 rows) with yarn doubled

Switch to Fleece Artist, work in stockinette for 8 rows

Thumb gusset:
Row 1: k1, k1f&b, k1, k1f&b, k until end
Row 2: k all
Row 3: k1, k1f&b, k3, k1f&b, k until end
Row 4: k all
Row 5: k1, k1f&b, k5, k1f&b, k until end,
Row 6: k all
Row 7: k1, k1f&b, k7, k1f&b, k until end
Row 8: k all
Row 9 : k1, k1f&b, k9, k1f&b, k until end
Row 10: k all

Next Row: k1, then pick up 12 stitches and tie off with scrap yarn, k until end

Work in stockinette for 4 rows

Switch to doubled Patons, work k1, p1 rib loosely for 4 rows
Bind off very loosely

Finishing thumb:
Pick up the 12 stitches plus 2 more to arrange in the round.

Work 2 rows in stockinette in Fleece Artist

Switch to doubled Patons
