Gauge with Daruma Cotton & Linen Large is 16 sts & 17 rows, instead of 16 sts & 22 rows(= pattern gauge).

Therefor I have needled less yarn length than my another project with Daruma Linen Ramie Cotton, just 374 meters instead of 447 meters!

DARUMAのコットン&麻ラージのケージは16目17段で、パターンの16目22段よりも、はるかに段数が少ないです（=同じ段数で編んだときに縦の長さが長くなります）

そのため使用した糸量も374mと、リネンラミーコットンで編んだセーターの447mよりも、はるかに少なくなりました。

Modifikation note:

approximate yardage: 2(3, 3, 3)(3, 3, 4)(4, 4, 4) balls of Daruma Cotton & Linen Large or 400(430, 450, 510)(550, 600, 640)(680, 730, 780) meters of summer yarn

If your gauge more then 18 rows, you will needs more yarn. See my mods note for other summer project.

Needles: 6 mm / US 10 /JP 13 as main needle, 5 mm / US 8 /JP 10 as smaller needle for hem and armhole ribbing.

Gauge: 16 sts & 17 rows (vertical gauge = rows is much less than pattern gauge)

Armhole circumference will be about 40% smaller after working armhole ribbing.

Lower Body:

With bigger needle knit 12 cm in round.

With smaller needle, knit 2 rounds, then work k1p1 ribbing 11 rounds.

Bind off loosely (knitted sts knitwise, purled sts purlwise) or use your favorite stretchy BO. Lori’s Twisty BO is one of my favorite stretchy BO.

For hem ribbing, I have used 5 mm needle for ribbing and 5 mm needle for Lori’s Twisty Bind Off for armhole.

Armhole rigging:

Pick up 23 sts from each front & back = 23 + 23 = 46 sts.

Next 3 rows: K1P1 ribbing.

Bind off loosely (knitted sts knitwise, purled sts purlwise) or use your favorite stretchy BO.

For armhole ribbing, I have used 5 mm needle for ribbing and 6 mm needle for normal Bind Off .

ノースリーブへのアレンジの方法：

おおよその糸量(少し多めに見積もっています)： ダルマのコットン&麻ラージを2(3, 3, 3)(3, 3, 4)(4, 4, 4)玉、もしくは 400(430, 450, 510)(550, 600, 640)(680, 730, 780)mの夏糸

縦のゲージが18段以上になる糸をお使いの場合は、必要な糸量がこれよりも多くなります。

針： 6mm/US10/日本規格13号の80cm輪針をメインの針に, 5mm/US8/日本規格10号の80cm輪針を細い針として使用.

アームホールのゴム編みを編んだ後は、アームホールの長さが約40%小さくなります。

ダルマのコットン&麻ラージは、水通しした後に少し伸びて大きくなります。ゲージを取るときに、水通しの前後の目数の変化をメモしておくと、仕上がりサイズが予想しやすくなると思います。

身頃下部：

メインの針で12cmの長さになるまでメリヤス編み.
細い方の針で2段メリヤス編みを編んでから、１目ゴム編みを11段編む.

普通の伏せ目、もしくは、お好みの伸びる伏せ目で、前段が表目の時は表編み, 裏目の時は裏編みで編みながら, ゆるく伏せる。ゆるく伏せるのが苦手な方は、右針の号数をあげて伏せ目を編んでみて下さい。私のお気に入りの伸びる伏せ目は「Loriさんのねじる伏せ目」です。

裾のゴム編みは、5mmの針で編んで、5mmの針でLoriさんのねじる伏せ目の伏せ止めをしました

アームホールのゴム編み：

細い方の針で、前身頃と、後ろ身頃から、それぞれ23目拾う。 = 23 + 23 = 46目

次の３段：1目ゴム編み

普通の伏せ目、もしくは、お好みの伸びる伏せ目で、前段が表目の時は表編み, 裏目の時は裏編みで編みながら, ゆるく伏せる。

腕回りのゴム編みは、5mmの針で編んで、6mmの針で普通の伏せ止めをしました
