Good news: she loves it!

Added 4 repeats to make it wider
I am terrible at sewing… used mattress stistich, then went back on it on the reverse for a neater, flatter seam

NOTE to self:
If I knit it again, instead of a long piece to fold and sew, I would knit front and back together, then separate at the neck and use kitchener stich to join it again

Looks great on my niece, she was visiting for the week-end so I used her a courier - my sister is delighted!
