Ok. So I’m really playing with yarn size again with this pattern. Let see how a super bulky goes.

Wow. Those cables are a killer! That first stitch off the CN is hard to get to. I’m using an 8mm dpn for the cable needle and it works perfectly, just the right size.

I really like how the cables look. I am disappointed that I didn’t have another ball of yarn. Basically I had to use the last ball for the cast off. I was desperately hoping I could knit one more cable cross but there’s no way my yarn was going to stretch that far.

I used JSBO and that was interesting with this chubby needles. I wish I had an appropriately sized dpn or straight. But I didn’t.

Now to block. Hopefully I can achieve a little length otherwise I’m not sure how wearable it will actually be.

This sat for 10 days before I decided to block it. Which was interesting exercise. I’ve stretched it pretty heavily. Can’t wait to see what it’s like when dry.
