Simple improvising…

Cast on 6 sts and join to knit in the round.
Round 1: kfb all sts = 12 sts
Round 2: (kfb, k1) repeat to end of round = 18 sts
Round 3: (kfb, k2) repeat to end of round = 24 sts
Round 4: (kfb, k3) repeat to end of round = 30 sts
Round 5: (kfb, k4) repeat to end of round = 36 sts
Knit @ 16 rounds, even
Next round: (k2tog, k4) repeat to end of round = 30 sts
Each following row, decrease in same manner….
K2tog, k3 = 24 sts
Somewhere @here or after next round, add stuffing and safety eyes.
Continue in this manner….
K2tog, k2 = 18 sts
K2tog, k1 = 12 sts
Change to green
K2tog all = 6 sts
Now work those 3 sts as an icord for a few rows then end.
