As tall as I am, I’d like this slightly deeper, so … I knit an extra couple of garter stitch rows. Also changing the short rows … instead of W&T at 5 stitches before the last wrapped stitch, I’m going with 4 stitches (I did the first W&T at 6 st, the 2nd at 5, and the rest all at 4)

I LOVE this pattern! The bamboo yarn is perfect for the summer.

Started with size 8 needles … not gonna make it with one skein of green for the leaf edge … Damn … not even two is enough! I’m not happy with the way the stitches look with the size 8 needles.

Ripped back entirely 4/19. Starting over with size 7 needles. MUCH better!

Sighhhhh … STILL not enough green … And I even started the first leaf a few stitches late (just cast on two stitches, increased one stitch each RS row until I had 5 stitches) oh well. it is what it is.

All that said, I still LOVE this pattern!
