Toe-up, starting with JMCO, CO 16 (8+8).
1- knit even
2- kfb, knit to the last two stitches, kfb, k1. Repeat on the other needle.

Repeat those rounds until stitch total is 64.

Stockinette until total length (toe + foot) is 7 7/8 inches.

5/18/2015 After completing the FLK heel, I switched to the larger needles for the front of the legs, keeping that inch of heel stockinette on the smaller ones.
Once I’m past that inch, I’ll do the rest of the legs using the bigger needles for both front & back.
To bind off, I used the Elastic Bind Off from the book Cast on Bind Off, page 170.

9/23/2015 I’ve got to remember why I dislike doin’ ‘em two-at-a-time. It slows me down, and it makes my knitting more prone to ‘ladders’.
However, I love the colors, if’n I do say so myself.
