Fluxy came about after finishing my Fluxus shawl. There was quite some of the amazing Mondim yarn left, I was not done with the scrumptious waves and I thought the shawl deserved a matching hat.

For the hat, I held the yarn double, resulting in a larger scale wave pattern (and warm ears ), that complements the shawl or the Fluxa cowl (yes! there’s a cowl too!) perfectly, in my opinion.

Besides the waves, I really love the clean, uncluttered brim and the cool shape, and I’m sure Fluxy will be a cool weather favorite for a long time to come!
