My friend Sveta asked me for a hat as a birthday present - what could be more gratifiing to a knitter than this request? She even told me a little what would she like the hat to be like - something reddish, something simple, and with a flap.
I fished out this skein and did the simplest thing, and I hope, the most complimenting to this wild color variegation. Sveta said she liked the result - and her husband says she really wears it!
