Using up the leftovers from making “Etienne” to crochet this tiny doily.

I’m finding this thread a little harder to work with than the more tightly wound, firmer threads I prefer (like Cebelia and even Aunt Lydia’s), but the color change is amazing.

I realized, while crocheting this for the third time, that I’d made a minor mistake in this version. In the 13th round, I put 4 sc instead of 2 in the “valleys” between scallops. (I failed to skip two of the dc in the previous round.) I thought about ripping back and reworking it, but I don’t think it will make much of a difference, once it’s blocked.
