I bought some bamboo wool mix yarn ages ago to make some socks, but after several attempts at sock knitting I realised that whilst I quite like knitting socks I really don’t like wearing them.

I’ve got a bit of a thing for knitting shawls at the moment so I thought I’d rescue the yarn from an unloved hibernating sock and turn it into something beautiful that I will actually wear.
