There Will Be Melons…

My plan is for this pattern to be my annual Christmas Lace Scarf present. I enjoyed the pattern, especially the fun of doing the knitted on border, all the way around the scarf.

Once I block it, I’ll see just how long this scarf will be. The pattern says to block it to 72 inches, and I just don’t see the fibers stretching out that far!
