Pattern:
Chain 16.

Round 1: Working on both sides of starting chain, SC in 2nd chain from hook across (15 sc), then begin on opposite side of starting chain and SC in each chain across (15 sc). Join to 1st SC with a slip stitch. 30 SC total.

Round 2: Ch 1, SC in same SC as join, (Ch 1, skip SC, SC in next SC) 13 more times. Ch 1. Join to 1st SC with slip stitch.

Round 3: Ch 1, SC in same SC as join, SC in Ch 1 space, (Ch1, SC in Ch 1 space) 13 more times. Join to 1st SC with slip stitch.

Round 4: Ch 1, SC in same SC as join, (Ch 1, skip SC, SC in next Ch 1 space) 13 more times. Ch 1. Join to 1st SC with slip stitch.

Repeat rounds 3-4 17 more times. Repeat round 3.

Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Cut 2 pieces of yarn 10 inches long. On seam side of case, weave 1 piece of yarn through stitches of final row until both ends of yarn are together on seam side of case. Make yarn ends even and tie in a knot.

With 2nd piece of yarn, start on opposite side of case and do the same.

Pull on the knotted ends of yarn to close case.
